Dedicated IT professional currently providing technical support. Skilled problem-solver able to communicate with users at all levels of technical proficiency. Troubleshoot, resolve and document user help requests for desktop, laptop, mobile, and network problems.

I am currently pursuing an Undergraduate Certificate in Cyber Security and Networking Essentials as well as an Associate's and Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology and Networking - Specialization: Cyber Security at DeVry University. I am very happy to be back in school and making strides towards my career goals. All of my classes are online, which allows great flexibility.

I chose to pursue Cyber Security because I love the Information Technology field and wanted to enter a career path that was in demand.
